1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Road Trip Bingo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Road Trip Bingo is a web application that allows you to create, customize, and share bingo boards for road trips. Features include board creation, icon library access, AI icon generation, and PDF export.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Road Trip Bingo offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans with expanded access. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by MyRoadTripBingo.

You retain ownership of boards and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Icons generated using our AI feature are created through ImageRouter.io's OpenAI-compatible API. You may use AI-generated icons in your bingo boards for personal and family use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyRoadTripBingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
