Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your boards and data remain accessible until your access expires

Refund Requests

Due to the digital nature of our service (including AI-generated icons which incur costs), we do not offer automatic refunds. However, we understand that issues can arise.

Case-by-Case Consideration

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, or if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We'll review your request and work with you to find a fair solution.

Note: Refunds are generally not provided for subscriptions where AI icon generation features have been used, as these incur real costs on our end.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@myroadtripbingo.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Reason for the refund request (helps us improve!)

We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrading (Monthly → Yearly):You'll pay the prorated difference immediately
  • Downgrading (Yearly → Monthly): Takes effect immediately with a prorated credit applied
